FIVE WAYS TO GET HEALTHY: Kick Off Your Health Resolutions Right

Hey everybody! Since going through some ups and downs in my fitness journey and doing TONS of research on health and fitness in my spare time, I have grown to really understand the little things that keep me on track. Here are my TOP FIVE TIPS to staying healthy or kicking off your health journey and they’re all super simple and super effective!

I’m no certified expert but my health journey has truly made this into a passion of mine and I’m SO happy that I’ve been able to share that passion of mine on this channel this year. Although there are still a few weeks left, THANK YOU for supporting me and my channel – Spring 2018 is when I finally decided to just go for it and I’m glad that I did! I’m ready to take on 2019 and focus even more on “Lo Without Limits”, learning even more on health, fitness, and nutrition (specifically to my diet and auto-immune diseases), and continue to grow in my personal fitness journey!
