Hi Everyone! In this video, I share a quick health update and how these last few months since hurting my ankle snowboarding haven’t been the best for me physically and mentally. As someone who loves working out and staying healthy, having that taken away sent me in a downward spiral where I didn’t focus on my health as much as I should’ve, especially my diet which I could’ve focused on while not working out. My ankle pain also led me to taking NSAIDs for about three weeks straight which messed up my gut and has left me feeling extremely bloated, uncomfortable, and not the happiest I could! Now, I’m taking this time to share my update and since I can workout again, refocus on my physical and mental health and heal my gut as well as my hormones… starting with my adrenal system and lowering my cortisol. After my health update, I share some of the top foods for healing your gut and adrenals and different things that I’m doing so I can get back on track and feel 100% like myself again. I’m excited to start this journey and I hope it helps you too but note: I am not a doctor and all of this is through my own personal research and experiences but I do recommend seeing a doctor if you feel like you have any of these issues!
