Hi everyone! In this video, I recreate what Olivia Culpo eats in a day (as seen here: https://youtu.be/Mn8s6DQV0hU) when she’s preparing for a shoot or needs to be in shape. I go over what her diet consists of and her rules and recreate each meal for a whole day to see if it’s easy, filling, and truly good for you. I also include the CALORIES and MACROS for each meal since she did not have that in her own. I had a fun time shooting this one and trying a new type of video so I hope you enjoy! Let me know if there is anybody else who’s diet or workout (or even a diet trend) I should try to follow for a day (or week). 🙂
