Hi Everyone, in this video I break down what “Carb Cycling” is as well as the reasons as to why people do it, benefits of it, and HOW to do it! Please note that I am NOT a registered dietician, nutritionist, or certified personal trainer (…yet 😏) but I have done my research and am an active gym-goer. I have implemented tracked carb cycling before and now I don’t track my carbs but I am more mindful of my intake and daily activity level.
