HIP HINGE: How and Why You Should Practice

Hi everyone, in this video I show you the Hip Hinge movement and how to practice it! The Hip Hinge is super important for moves like dead lifts, good mornings, kettlebell swings and more and having that mind-muscle connection allows you to really work what you want to without risking an injury. I am still working on mine every day since my shoulders tend to roll forward but it has definitely improved over the years! P.S. I am not a trainer (as of now) so if you have anything that hurts or makes this movement hard, please find someone who can work on your personal body and mobility. Please don’t go too heavy too fast on any exercise as well, be aware of your limits and progressively overload over time!
