Hi everyone, this video is a leg workout using ONLY DUMBBELLS! It’s something that you can do if the gym is packed and you can’t get to a squat rack or machine and still want to get your lower body from all angles. You don’t have to do each exercise I share but I recommend picking one from each section and building your own quick workout from it. The first move (squats) I recommend doing 4 sets of 8-12 reps and everything else 3 sets of 12-15 reps but change it up based upon your abilities and current workout goals! Enjoy 🙂
