Hi everyone! This video is going to be the first of four in a mini-series on the top foods for each macro food group: fiber, fat, carbs, and protein. For this series, I will share some of the best foods in each group in terms of the highest content of the macro, overall health benefits, and if they’re easy to incorporate to day to day cooking and eating out (or in, right now). For Fiber, I share the top FIVE healthiest and highest fiber foods. I’ve said many times before that the recommended daily intake is 20-30 grams of fiber and many people consume much less but these foods are super easy to make and enjoy! What are your favorites?
