For this series, I will share some of the best foods in each group in terms of the highest content of the macro, overall health benefits, and if they’re easy to incorporate to day to day cooking and eating out (or in, right now). For Protein, I share the top TEN healthiest and highest protein foods. Our bodies use protein to build and repair as well as make enzymes and hormones that keep us healthy!
